Constant Contact is one of the go-to email marketing platforms for millions of small businesses and nonprofits. Their emails need to work for everyone: different industries, skill levels, and accessibility needs. I designed flexible email templates and campaign visuals that balanced brand consistency with customization, working closely with Marketing, Product, and Design teams to deliver accessible, mobile-friendly campaigns at scale.

To speed things up without sacrificing quality, I brought in AI tools during early ideation and turned those explorations into reusable components. This approach cut down turnaround time and helped us consistently deliver high-quality, performance-ready emails across diverse customer needs.
