Overview
Constant Contact is one of the go-to email marketing platforms for millions of small businesses and nonprofits. Their emails need to work for everyone, regardless of industry, skill level, or accessibility needs. I designed flexible email templates and campaign visuals that balanced brand consistency with customization, working closely with Marketing, Product, and Design teams to deliver accessible, mobile-friendly campaigns at scale.
To speed things up without sacrificing quality, I brought in AI tools during early ideation and turned those explorations into reusable components. This approach reduces turnaround time and helps us consistently deliver high-quality, performance-ready emails that meet diverse customer needs.

This holiday email template was redesigned to improve visual hierarchy, color contrast, and accessibility. The design needed to be optimized to support faster seasonal swaps across campaigns. Scan-ability was improved for mobile, and all was updated using the new brand system.
